Challenge – You have just downloaded some great looking patterned papers, clipart or art prints in JPG file format to use in some craft projects BUT how do you print JPG images using an inkjet printer?
Solution – To print out your JPG images you will require:
- A computer with an inkjet printer hooked up, switched on and loaded with suitable ink cartridges for your type of printing
- A graphics program or similar software that allows you to view your image and setup your required printing preferences
- Your choice of size and quality of paper to be used for your craft project
There are many choices of graphics programs and similar software for printing images available for you to use. Though they differ in some ways they all share similar printing preferences that allow you to setup your image to be printed in the way you want it.
Below in the video I demonstrate how to print an A5 JPG image using Photoshop CS2 on a Windows 7 PC with an HP Deskjet F4280 printer. You can follow along and adapt the approach with your own specific software and printer by looking for similar menu options and preferences.
